What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Lead and directly manage individual contributors across disciplines (mobile developers, server developers, and QA engineers)

  • Own end-to-end development process, defining workflows and practices that continuously improve efficiency and throughput

  • Ensure the successful delivery of milestones and projects on time, with quality, and within scope

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Technical Owners to align on strategy, feasibility, and execution

  • Plan and allocate resources to initiatives, balancing team capacity with project goals

  • Monitor and resolve production bottlenecks, enabling teams to stay focused on the delivery

  • Communicate direction, priorities, and progress clearly to the team and stakeholders

  • Foster motivation, accountability, and professional growth for individuals within the team

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

The ideal candidate must present the following skills:

  • Proven track record (5-7+ years) in production, project management, or development leadership roles within the mobile games industry

  • Direct experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with responsibility for delivery and team development

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality live content/features at scale

  • Experience managing project timelines and resources in dynamic, fast-paced contexts

  • Background in agile/scrum or similar methodologies, applied in live production environments

  • Excellent communication skills in English, being able to translate complex subjects into clear, actionable plans, and promoting alignment across teams

  • Experience supporting individual growth and career development within a technical environment

  • Awareness of compliance considerations in mobile game development (e.g. app store requirements, data privacy, regional regulations)

 

The following skills are desirable but not essential (if you have them, don't forget to mention them):

  • Experience in LiveOps-heavy projects with continuous updates and events

  • Experience with either frontend (e.g., Unity) or backend mobile development environments

  • Hands-on experience with mobile game analytics and KPIs
