What will you be doing at Miniclip?
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Create and optimise moderation and listening rules, workflows and protocols
- Moderate content using existing tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement in social media/review strategy
- Liaise with the marketing and game teams
- Gather and analyse data in order to spot trends
- Coordinate with specialists to align tone and answers in all channels
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a dedicated, team-oriented candidate who is passionate about Player Experience, social media and optimisation. The ideal candidate has:
- The ability to create, automate and optimise workflows
- Experience in moderation, ideally in public channels
- The ability to easily learn new tools and systems
- Proactivity to suggest and create improvements in our processes
- An interest in data handling and knowledge of Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and the ability to organise information
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A customer-oriented mindset for a global company and community
- The ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Some knowledge of visual programming
- The ability to zoom out and see ideas on a macro level
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
