HR Operations Administrator (fixed term)
Description
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, relocation, changes to terms during employment to offboarding processes.
- Process employment documentation across the employee lifecycle as required including onboarding activities; employment contracts and changes, right to work checks, confirmations of employment and liaising with IT and Workplace Services set up for the employees first day at work.
- Assisting relocated employees in getting settled, working close with our relocation partners.
- Manage and track the People Operations team inbox; first stage responses and escalate queries to the relevant stakeholder and manage responses within a framework
- Data entry and validation in the HR system, SAP Success Factors
- Assisting employees with any queries regarding employment, benefits, partnerships or absence management.
- Providing operational support to employees for ad hoc requests and routine requests.
- Liaising with benefits providers to process new joiners’ memberships and other changes such as scheme leavers.
- Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and line Managers to manage the administrative aspects the employee journey at Miniclip.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in human resources or business management or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and spoken English required; Other languages not essential
- Minimum 3 years HR Operations experience;
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible
- MS Office suite experience; Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills;
- Positive attitude when communicating with people;
- Collaborative and good team player;
- Organised and structured in approach;
- Self-starter who enjoys continuous improvement and operationalising activities
