Edit

With the Edit tool you can apply a range of modifications to your Objects. You can also arrange and organize them on the stage. Therefore, the Edit tool has 2 modes : Modify and Organize

Modify mode

Delete Object

Highlight the Object by clicking on it with the left mouse button, then click on the Delete Object button to remove it from the frame.

Clone

Highlight the Object by clicking on it with the left mouse button, then click on the Clone button to replicate it as many times as you wish.

Merge

To merge two or more items into one Object, highlight all of them by holding down shift and clicking on them one by one with the left mouse button. Once they are all highlighted click the Merge button to create one single Object.

Flip Horizontal

Highlight the Object by clicking on it with the left mouse button, then click Flip Horizontal to flip it on a horizontal axis.

Flip Vertical

Highlight the Object by clicking on it with the left mouse button, then click Flip Vertical to flip it on a vertical axis.

Freeze

If you have an Object in the right place, use the Freeze Button to hold it there while you continue editing. Click on the Object you want to freeze with the left mouse button and click on the Freeze button. This will stop any more editing until you click on the Unfreeze button.

Transparency

Change the transparency of your Object by moving the box from right to left. Use it to layer Objects and create interesting effects!

Flatten to Frame

Once you are completely happy with the place of an Object on your frame, you can Flatten to Frame. This imprints the Object onto the screen so you are unable to edit again.

Organize mode

Bring to Front

Use this to layer your Objects in the right order. Highlight the Object you want to bring to the very front of your layers by clicking on it with the left mouse button.

Send to Back

Use this to layer your Objects in the right order. Highlight the Object you want to bring to the very front of your layers by clicking on it with the left mouse button.

Bring Forward

Use this to layer your Objects in the right order. Highlight the Object you want to bring forward by clicking on it with the left mouse button. Click on the Bring Forward button until you have your Object in the correct place.

Send Backward

Use this to layer your Objects in the right order. Highlight the Object you want to send backwards by clicking on it with the left mouse button. Click on the Send Backward button until you have your Object in the correct place.

Align Left

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them all to the left-most point of the left-most selected Object.

Align Right

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them all to the right-most point of the right-most selected Object.

Align Center

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them to the average horizontal center position of the selected Objects.

Align Top

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them all to the top-most point of the top-most selected Object.

Align Bottom

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them all to the bottom-most point of the bottom-most selected Object.

Align Middle

When selecting more than one Object, use this to align them to the average vertical center position of the selected Objects.
