Audition Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Only one audition/submission is allowed per person.
2. Audition content and audition photos may be posted on Miniclip.com.
3. You must be 13 years or older and have your parents or guardians permission unless you are over 18 to audition.
4. Auditions may be reviewed in any way that Miniclip wishes.
5. Miniclip will choose solely at its discretion a person as the next game star.
6. By submitting any Content, audition, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials and/or if you are chosen as the next game star, you hereby grant to Miniclip Limited, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicenses) to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit, and distribute such Content on and through Miniclip limited services and the Miniclip.com website or any other medium.
7. The auditions are also subject to the main Miniclip.com terms and conditions http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/terms-and-conditions.php
8. A person will be offered a Miniclip.com game contract to sign which would be required before the person is chosen as the game star and used in the game.
9. You certify that the photo that you send is you.
10. $5000 (USA dollars) will be earned by one person who is chosen by Miniclip and who signs the Miniclip game contract to star in the Miniclip game "Moon Shadow".
